it dawns on me there may never be an entry form for DC '09 in time for the "deadline"

in which case, what is the best thing to do ?

my best thought so far would be to send a database submission in the usual way as most of those submission details will be relevant to DC09, right ?

any other ideas ?

I've just about wrapped everything up and am gonne be quite busy in the lead up to sep 30th - I don't want to miss DC'09 or get disqualified for not submitting properly, so must get on with it !!

A time extension? That would be very, very good since I've had a few of the most overhellish weeks in my life with alot of things chugging up around me. Work, computer crashed, setbacks with my DC entry. So my proposal is: Extend the deadline to the 30th of October. Please. That would really mean alot to me.

Now we don't know if that'll be the outcome.

Best case scenario is definitly a month of extra time or maybe even more

, but since we've allready had about 3 months I wouldn't be surprised if we just get 1-2 weeks extra.

There is however a worst case scenario that we just can't ignore, and that is if we just get a few days extra to fill in the form.

I certainly hope for a month extra since that would really make it possible for me to finnish my plugin and add it as an entry, if the deadline stands then I have to pull out of this contest entirely this time. And that my friends would certainly spoil this contest for you guys who like 80's inspired hybrid plugins.
