In the Eurovision, each country's vote is decided by a panel of judges rather than a single person, which I'm sure makes it easier for them.
I always find it hard to pick a winner out of even a small selection of entries .... I cant imagine hard it would be, having decided who gets the 10 points, to then decide which of the remaining entries gets 9, and then 8, and then ... etc.
But I could fairly quickly come to a position where I identify a small number, perhaps 4 to 6 tracks which, for whatever reason, stand out.
I would then be quite at ease concentrating on these and either deciding how I share an allocation of votes ( whether it be be a maximum of 10, or any other number ) ... or rounding those 4 to 6 candidates up/down to 5 and allocating, lets say, 10 to my fave, 5 to second fave, then 3, 2, and 1.
It would also simplify the vote count
... But carry on discussing .. more suggestions are very welcome.... it would be good to get it right in the view of the majority of participants.
