I make that 20hours time difference which is a lot more than I expected.
I wonder where kvr is hosted and what timezone it is on?
Does explain why I am always so out-of-sync with other posters, though!

There is a setting somewhere in your user area to change the time zone to yours.

Well, this doesn't make much sense, because if local time is stored for each post then it is genuinly incompatible. I just don't know why they don't use UTC... Nevermind, this way it is more interesting .

Use update manager/update installer if you have a bundle. If you have just the MMultiBandDelay, use update manager or download the whole new plugin installer.
