Seriously, "soon" is the operative word, were going on close to a year, since the issue was acknowledge. In my opinion that response doesn't really suffice. No disrespect, that actually tells me nothing.

Hehe. That's irony at its bestHappy Frog wrote:Seriously, "soon" is the operative word, were going on close to a year, since the issue was acknowledge. In my opinion that response doesn't really suffice. No disrespect, that actually tells me nothing.
Lennard said it's almost done, so I'm faithfull that we'll see the two bugfixes before the end of next week.

I would imagine that it's more than just bug fixes after that much time.

From what I've heard, Lennard's current top priority was getting those 2 fixes out first, so I would be surprised if there would be much else in the upcoming update.djanthonyw wrote:I would imagine that it's more than just bug fixes after that much time.

Yes, but he's gotten out updates a lot quicker in the past. I think he's going to release new features with the bug fixes.

Maybe. There's of course the skinning part that's been promised, but I think most people would rather have the 2 fixes right NOW and skinning later on than having to wait much longer for an update that includes both the fixes AND skinning and other stuff.djanthonyw wrote:Yes, but he's gotten out updates a lot quicker in the past. W7 is becoming very popular (the number of ppl running beta versions of W7 was already bigger than the number of people running OSX) and of course, most will run the 64 bit version so getting 100% compatibility with that ASAP would be a good choice IMHO.

Why not fix a few bugs right now... instead of waiting 6 months to a year

Lennar, I feel like apologizing. They GUI bug leak has effected my productions, you are aware and I am assured will fix it, in do time. The acidic language directed towards Tone2, and this isn't the first time, has made me realize, it is not that proper to consistently harp, and I rest assured Sylenth1 will be less this bug soon.
Respect
For what it is worth, I don't use samples (to each their own), and I have designed my favorite kick sound from your synth, for that reason alone, I will never part with your synth.

I wondered why my project kept increasing it's memory usage (FL Studio 9)
My project uses about 1.6GB from a fresh start, and my total ram is only 2GB
I use many instances of Sylenth, so I'm looking forward to this fix!
Have a Happy New Year!!

An estimated arrival time for the patch would be appreciated tbh, it's very cloak and dagger now.
