Hi fellows,

Well, finally, we have a new build: 1.9.9.28.

And this build has a new interface!

Here are the updates for the build:

1. NEW: SynthMaster default skin is updated. Kudos to our graphics designer Jonathan Styles for his amazing work!

2. NEW: Added Noise level parameter for LFOs.

3. FIX: Turning on EQ on Layer 2 mutes layer 2.

4. FIX: Various fixes/updates for the GUI Builder tool.

5. FIX: Selecting preset author filters all presets.

6. FIX: Preset attribute filter does not work.

Let me first update the web site for voting and issue some press releases. Only during the weekend I'll be able to work on build 29 which will hopefuly address the reverb problem Martin

I like the new build! The skin is cool, and Reaper was able to detect it.

There are only 2 skin issues I'd like to mention though. The first is the Filter and Envelope visuals are dotty, and the filter is still looks 'disabled' when cutoff is set to full.
The second is the dotty dial visuals.

So, to the main issues. I can't access the wave menu in the wavetable section. Waves can only be changed with mouse wheel, or click+drag
Also, I couldN't manage to use the arp yet

Also, the Scott Solida/Scot Solida preset naming error is still present geez

Preset normalization/categorization issues will be fixed next week. Last minute items in the list!

Today i installed beta 28 and the new GUI is looking really awesome. The only problem is that in the browser the white text on a grey background is really hard to read. Another color combination should be used for this, maybe a combination of grey/black and green which would fit to the rest of the GUI.

BTW with the new GUI Synthmaster 2 looks as professional as it sounds which means it looks and sounds almost like a final product.

Agree with the readability issues in the browser.
Also a little anti-aliasing around the knobs, indicators wouldn't hurt.

Other than that, very nice!

I'm drawing the indicators around the knobs in code at 2x resolution and then apply LP blur filter and downsample by 2. So in theory I'm applying antialiasing. But the code ıs SSE code and I should debug carefuly.

Yes, I was thinking exactly the same thing about the debugging...

... ok, who am I kidding, I have no idea how antialiasing in code works
