You've had some good advice here.

You really need to state your intended usage, what do you actually want to do? Judging from the equipment you're asking about it sounds like you want to record bands, live stuff.

You will need in this order....

two well thought out and carefully (acoustically) treated spaces for recording and monitoring (budget $3000 at least and do alot of reading)

Accurate and carefully positioned monitors ($3000 should get you something decent)

A computer and host that you connect with ($1500)

A basic set of quality plugins (free or payware) ($1500)

A couple of vocal mics with different characteristics ($2500)

Some good all purpose mics ($1500)

A mic pre ($2000)

A mixer to blend and route incoming audio ($1500)

Decent AD convertors ($1000)

Decent DA convertors for monitoring ($1000)

All of the above can be compromised on and bought for less, depending on what your priorities are but don't skimp on the room. Given that you're asking elementary questions makes me doubt your overall knowledge of the process and what's involved, are you sure you're ready to lay down that kind of money?

You say the "room's fine"... it's very important, give me a pair of $400 monitors and a computer in a well treated room and I'll give you a good mix, put me in a million dollar studio with poorly setup monitors and no acoustic treatment and it'll be a much harder job.

Yes, better gear can make all the difference in the right hands, but you need to make sure first you know how to use it (learning that takes many years, btw). After all, you wouldn't buy and try to race a formula 1 car the day after you got your license, would you?

You won't get a lot for fifteen Euro or even fifteen-thousand.

I assume you're american (or just joking). In many places the comma and period have their usages reversed when it comes to numbers. So you would see numbers like "1.999,99" instead of "1,999.99". No idea why.

But yeah, 15k only goes so far, and probably less far in europe compared to the US since I've noticed hardware tends to be more expensive.

With 22k you can have a decent set-up with certain limitations. The "pro" aspect will depend on if you can sell what you do with your set-up.

There are "pros" that have smaller set-ups than a 22k one, but the inverse is also true.

Priorities should be:

-good rooms
-good mics
-good monitors
-good pre-amp
-good soundcard

and a DAW that you feel comfortable with.

and the most important thing, courage and perseverance!

Room acoustics first THEN start buying the gear you're not sure of.

You won't ever tire of hearing this. Room acoustics is more than just buying the foam and sticking it in places. Hire a professional or have an understanding of Axial Modes and sort out problem frequencies in the live room and the studio long before you dream of the rest of the kit.

Jak, you've been asked a lot of questions but not done much to answer them. I'm in agreement with those saying this is a wind-up, a prank. But maybe if you bother to reply to people's attempts to help you, it'll seem less that way.
