This was in the 1.0.1 version manual as well, and since then Bootsie replied that he could insert dry/wet inside AA stage that would eliminate artifacts.Aloysius wrote:3.2. Further notes
About Dry/Wet mixing with FerricTDS: This effect causes a few slight phase alterations.
This means that you can't mix it back into the incoming audio without getting
unwanted phase cancellations. Therefore, the plug-in does not include a Dry/Wet
control.
So I guess hope is not lost!

Sounds quite nice, but what is it with Bootsy plugs crashing hosts when using multiple instances?

try the update 1.02, it should fix your crashing (so long as other synth maker plugs are not loaded into your project at the same time)

Thanks, I'll try em.
But my crashes have been caused by running multiple Bootsie (Density II, Nasty HF & Nasty LF) plugs, thus multiple Synthmaker stuff.
Will the update make Bootsy's plugs play nice with each other, or is it still strictly one per project?

At least they work perfectly now on my core2duo with multiple instances (my DAW is Reaper 3.141). Before the update it was zap! and back to the desktop quite often. But like Bootsy said, there can still be problems when you use some other older SM stuff with these...stk wrote:Thanks, I'll try em.

Oh and Congratulations, Bootsie!! You got my vote too
EDIT: (to stk) Oh and about the working plugins: Tessla, Density mk.ii and Ferric are the ones that are updated, not every plugin of his, so maybe Nasty plugins has that problem, I don't know as I haven't really used them. But these three plugins were the most problematic ones to me before. And now they are a sweet sweet ride...
