Make sure all Powered-by-AmpliTube products are at the latest versions (get the latest in your User Area) and after you install the newest versions you can authorize each if necessary. Just open them up in standalone one at a time and follow the prompts if you see it needs to be authorized. That should do it. The most recent updates fix changing ID that causes issues like this.AlEebee wrote: If you're at IK now perhaps you can answer one question I have. I've now got all the Amplitube bits - 2, Metal, Fender, Hendrix and SVX - but I still get a message saying I am missing an item when I load some patches (mainly from Hendrix or Fender) but what AM I missing?
Is it trying to load something from CSR or T-Racks, both of which I have - well 1.1.0.b and 1.3 and some of TR3 from another GB anyway?

Thought I had, but I'll dive on that as soon as ST2 XL has finished a 5 minute pre analysis run on the Mac.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:Make sure all Powered-by-AmpliTube products are at the latest versions (get the latest in your User Area) and after you install the newest versions you can authorize each if necessary. If support identified it as bad hardware, I'm sure they'll take care of you. We do strive to provide great support. Please let me know if something isn't working in that respect but I wouldn't recommend people avoid buying a product based on one issue with one unit, though I can understand frustration under those circumstances. Thanks!skwid12 wrote:i got a bad stealth pedal . so i am going to see about the return here , support was very poor from ik multi. i would hold your cash till we see if more of these pedals have problems , i could not use this for live applications at all. i cant trust it .. to damn noisey

Still need to make sure I have all the latest - been too busy using what I've gotPeter - IK Multimedia wrote:Let me know how that all went, should fix your problem from what I can tell
But my other question to a man who may know is: having joined twice to get everything just before the uprated 4x1 was announced I shall now potentially have at least 3 downloads I don't need, as I've already got the non Amplitube bits added, So will it be possible for me to get say Amp 2, Hendrix and SVT and sell/transfer those to someone else?

I will hit you up in PM to see what possibilities we have - you cannot resell the freebies, only the one you purchased outright.AlEebee wrote:Still need to make sure I have all the latest - been too busy using what I've gotPeter - IK Multimedia wrote:Let me know how that all went, should fix your problem from what I can tell![]()

same as me. I bought both Fender and Ampeg just before the GB. I now have many multiple "bonus" that I won't use (already have everything else)Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: I will hit you up in PM to see what possibilities we have - you cannot resell the freebies, only the one you purchased outright.
Since I have a generous amount of JamPoints, would it be possible to "convert" those freebies into some more disocunt towards..Stealth Pedal, for example?

The fourth choice only contains Products I already own - in the "big" Versions.
I've got all Amplitube Products, T-Racks3 Deluxe, Miroslav Philharmonic, Sampletank 2XL and CSR. So the last freebie ist some kind of useless to me...
