which shadows? The volume and tune or the smaller knobs etc? I tried to be very careful with it given that it gets clipped by the modulations amounts, however if I take it out it is really off looking. Perhaps I can shorten them some so they are not so involved I play iwth it.Shabdahbriah wrote:

The little shadow that "bleeds" down in the bottom-lower-right side, between the FLATTENED lower-edge line, and "window", under all the small-ish knobs.Hlis93 wrote:which shadows? Could be just me, but no matter where I look on the screen, my eyes go RIGHT to those shadows, and then back-n-forth between where I am trying to "focus", if there is a small knob (with the shadow) present, as it makes that "edge", and the whole right-side of the knob-border wavey.

So, for me, the only thing is missing is the antialiasing, which will be fixed in an update! Yay!

I was just about to release this morning but I'm getting a crasher after I quit SM2 standalone. After I fix that will release build 29.rectus_dominus wrote:So, for me, the only thing is missing is the antialiasing, which will be fixed in an update! Yay!
Starting with this build we have important changes on new builds:
1. The download link for SM2 is changing. Users will now be able to download the latest updates from: http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx
2. Users will now be able to check for latest version of SM2 from within SM2: Just click on the "SynthMaster" logo, the "About synthmaster" dialog comes up. Click on the "Check for Updates" button and your IE/Firefox is opened: http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx The page will tell whether you need to update or not!
3. Users will now be able to request serial numbers for SM2 from our web site: http://www.kv331audio.com/requestlicensefile.aspx They have to enter the e-mail address they used while purchasing SM2 though. The serial number will be sent to this address.

Had a quick look at the update page, and I have a suggestion, if I may (and if it'll serve a purpose). How about adding a "date" field to that "table".
I always (even if there is a ver. number available) refer to the date of the update release, as I keep archives of releases / updates, and never overwrite the previous version's install file, so I have it just in case. As such I usually have a chronological history of a plugins updates etc, and it also makes it easier to distinguish if I have updated or not (and to pinpoint if something has gone wrong, so i can give better feedback to the dev). I know the plugin will now have the capability to do this "live", but I for one always "manually" download and install updates wherever possible.
I think "BIYIKOĞLU AUDIO" sounds just fine... when can we expect the change
Cheers,
-Kaaswros
PS: Point number 2. has a "." at the end of the link, which makes it point to an invalid url. Am I pedantic much? You betcha

Well, then we'll display the build date as well.
Actually we'll improve our build system over time, once we get the OSX builds working!!!
No No, I'm not gonna change the company name. Alla Turca Audio is well enough for us

OK Shabdahbriah I've adjusted all the knob shadows for the entire GUI
I'm not sure they will meet yours needs but I did my best to keep a sense of depth around the knob while fighting against the the shadow being clipped by the modulator.
The GUI is finished(finger crossed). It's 2:40am so no screenshot, I've been at fixing it for 11hours, I'm going to get some sleep perhaps in the morning I can do a few screens unless I go changing things again...
