BTW, just fixed an important "memory leak" issue: It used to happen when a plugin screen is opened/closed multiple times. On each close around 30 MBs were lost due to this bug!

Hi folks,

The linear/circular knob issue has finally been resolved! Apparently there was a bug in the code which made it only possible to use linear mode if the user clicks on the center of the knob

Anyhow, the fix is coming tonight. I also added version checking:

When users click on the "SynthMaster" logo, the "About SynthMaster" dialog box is displayed. There's a button here: "Check for Updates". When it's clicked the default browser on the users computer navigates to http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx

I'm also planning to add a page on the web site where users can request serial numbers/licence key files to be e-mailed to them. The serial numbers will also be automatically be generated for users who havent upgraded to v2.0 yet

Sorry for the delay. We're working on the latest build and hopefuly tonight it's coming.

Starting with build 29 we have important changes on new builds:

1. The download link for SM2 is changing. Users will now be able to download the latest updates from: http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx

2. Users will now be able to check for latest version of SM2 from within SM2: Just click on the "SynthMaster" logo, the "About synthmaster" dialog comes up. Click on the "Check for Updates" button and your IE/Firefox is opened: http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx. The page will tell whether you need to update or not!

This should be your preferred method of updating your SM2

3. Users will now be able to request serial numbers for SM2 from our web site: http://www.kv331audio.com/requestlicensefile.aspx They have to enter the e-mail address they used while purchasing SM2 though. The serial number will be sent to this address.

In this build we have quite a few fixes/updates:

1. UPDATE: SynthMaster default skin is updated.

2. NEW: GUI Editor should detect unused images and ask user to delete them

3. FIX: Knobs are diffucult to operate in linear mode, they mostly work in circular mode.

4. FIX: "Next", "Prev" buttons do not scroll the preset list

5. FIX: Key Assignment/priority not correct in Mono Mode

6. FIX: SynthMaster causes memory leaks when the plugin editor is opened and closed multiple times.

7. FIX: SynthMaster should check for updates on the KV331 Audio web site

8. FIX: Panic button does not work

9. FIX: When SynthMaster logo is clicked, the "About SynthMaster" screen is displayed. From here, users can click on the "Check for Updates" button to check for SM2 update on Kv331 Audio web site.

10. FIX: Loading additional user waveforms crash SynthMaster

11. FIX: Dropdown controls that are not popup style generate out of range parameter values and crash SynthMaster

12. FIX: Modulation indicator graphics are rendered aliased

Could anyone please check if we still have the "notes hanging on Cakewalk Sonar" issue?

Unfortunately I'm rather sick and at home, instead of college dorm.

Yes there are sent automatically after you request them. I'll checkout the email settings on the server.
