Yep, and this one will be final. Previously I was generating a serial number for each format (standalone/vst), but later I figured that's not good in the long run so now we only have one serial per platform (windows/mac)

That was part of why I asked: when you go to the new download link, it asks for the (new) serial number.

Which I (and everybody else?) don't have yet.

Yes the issue is resolved. So you can go ahead and request your new serials.
I also tested the e-mail and it's working. Make sure it doesnt end up in your spam folder though.

As for the downloads: The old serial numbers also work for downloading v2.0
No problem with that.

I just tried downloading beta 29. I entered my email and SM2 serial and got the following:-

An error occured at page http://www.kv331audio.com/DownloadFile. ... tabIndex=1
We have received the error details and will fix it shortly...

I am using IE7/Win XP 32 SP3

having no luck here

my old serial gives a error msg on the download page

We have received the error details and will fix it shortly..."

& requesting a new Serial says its been sent but nothing in my inbox or spam folder,

If there was an error I'll receive it in a couple of minutes. Will check out now.

EDIT: Just saw the error. I updated the web application binaries about 10 minutes ago. Maybe you were on that page at that time. http://www.kv331audio.com/DownloadFile. ... tabIndex=1 is working, just tested.

How long should we wait for the serial number email before suspecting something went wrong? Been waiting around 30 minutes so far - usually registration emails are delivered almost immediately with other products. Yes I checked my spam folder.

I beg to differ. I've tried both the standalone and VST serial numbers, no joy.

Invalid e-mail adress or serial number entered. Please double check the values.

Ok, got it. I gave those numbers from my local machine so they're in my local database. Since July I sent out the new serial numbers for v2.0 this way.
