I hear a standard VA-saw patch with a fast envelope, no attack and sustain, just some decay to keep the env up, also map filter to cutoff (low resonance) then add some delay with low feedback, a short room reverb and some distortion to saturate the attack more, i.e. create more overtones..
Much of the character of the sound is due to detuning a second saw osc about +10 cents
I think it is easier to recreate if you aim for a similar sound to the low notes at 2:02-ish

I bet if you took a brass preset, and turned the attack and sustain to 0, a short bit of decay, and then had it detune using an LFO or envelope just a bit you'd end up with something very close.
Put some distortion, preferably something digital and harsh, no tube saturation here. Then a little bit of room reverb.
I kinda get the feeling it's an FM sound, so if you have an FM synth with brass presets start there, but if not, I think as mentioned a regular VA should work too.
Also +1 Suicide Commando.

All right thanks everyone, I'll try all of that.
