Hi
As I try to install Komplete 5 from the original dvd by Direct Install, the server doesn't respond and I can't install it!
Is it happened to someone else too??
Does anyone have Komplete 5 installed on Receptor 2??

It says me:
"Receptor was unable to access this computer"
it's so weird, because I can actually control my Receptor by my pc via LAN cable....I can view the interface, load plugins and patches, rename banks ecc....
could someone help me??

Please create a support ticket at plugorama.com, this will be the best way to help you.

As far as Direct Install issues go thats a fairly Generic error to have. If you've already tried disabling the firewall in system preferences/security, then theres not mutch else I can recommend without asking for more details. It'd probably be best if you opened a support ticket at http://www.Plugorama.com/hd.php so you can submit your install log and system log. These should contain a few more details...atleast from the Receptor's side about what is going on.

Another little problem (sorry, I only have the Receptor for 3 days): I can't open my system log. It's only a shortcut to the system log.txt. It is 0 kB in size and I cannot open it... Otherwise I would have looked myself, what the system log says.
Does anybody have that problem? Is my Receptor not writing a system log?

The System Log thing is a bug with Mac OS X. Theres a work around for it that we typically perform by remote logging into the Receptor. If it comes to needing that information we can go ahead and do that.
