I just switched OS from XP to Vista and reinstalled Traction3. Went back to MACKIE to get on "product registration". Not there. Anybody else having problems?

my.mackie.com is down. It was down yesterday too. I sent an email to support and they fixed it yesterday but it looks like it's gone again. I suggest emailing them but don't expect anything till Monday.
I miss MindPrint. My TRIO needs a big brother.
