You're welcome! Unfortuantely I havn't found a proper way to incorporate it in the Duophonic mode. That would have added another whole can of options, but d'oh...bg wrote:ACE responds to polyphonic aftertouch. Thanks for that.

Sound is fantastic. Totally different then Zebra IMHO..
This synth is awesome !!
Btw... you can have the envelope speed modulated by the envelopes themselves. That should do a lot of snap control

I stayed up all night playing with ACE.. I think I have almost a whole soundset done already. It's very easy to program and it sounds spectacular. I also made some sounds that the dogs were not too happy with

Ah rob, I'm surprised, I'm usually the slowest sound designer in the world but this thing just clicked to me. I love the sounds I can get with this thing! By the way, it's called methamphetamines, and they're really expensiverob_lee wrote:Lol i'll have to have some of whatever your onAlmost a whole soundset..wow took me weeks

I thought I'd be excited about the freedom of signal routings in ACE -- and I am -- but what impresses me even more is how rich and appealing even very simple routings sound.
If you like 80s retro sounds, check out my latest tune…

Thank you again URS!
I initially decided to buy ACE just to give my support and to get the eventual discount for Bazille, but what do you know - there's microtuning support and everything!! I am very happy about ACE
Cheers

Yeah. Urs, at this point I buy your products automatically because of their consistantly excellent quality, your attention to customer service (you actually treat your customers like you like having them!) and you're a really nice guy. These things are often hard to come by. The money I used to buy Ace was earmarked for the Gladiator expansion but that can wait. Tone2 will treat me as if I cracked it regardless of when I buy it.losan wrote:Well, by luck I didn't missed the promo, zerocrossing wrote:Sh*t. Me too. I've been out of town so I didn't get a chance to read the entire thread. Oh well. No biggie I guess, but I wonder why as a previous U-he customer I'm not on a mailing list about such things...lagavulin16 wrote:Ouch, missed the "spaghetti" promo code.![]()
Still happy to have another great synth from Urs though.
but I'm really fed up with wading through all these threads, hundreds of stickies and pages in this forum, so to not miss any news about any of Urs'
goodies.
A plain simple newsletter from time to time about new products, betas and Updates (!) would be much appreciated.
Btw, not bad, this synth...(ACE, that is)
But all said, like Losan said, perhaps a little news letter or announce email when things spontanious deals like this happen? I don't care about the $10, but I kind of feel like I'm in the "Urs fan club" and found out he played an announced concert in my neighborhood that I didn't know about. When I click on the "subscribe to developer newsletter" link in Share-it, it's because I want to to be in the know!
OK, now to go celebrate how Europeans decimated the indigenous population here so that my ancestors would have a place to come and set up shop.
