whilst assigning stuff to ramp just assign it like you would in your sequencer for ryhthmic patterns :) for example
knob 1 = 4.00/8.00/16.00/24.00/32.00/48.00/64.00/

so a value of 48.00 would give you an 8th

set the different knobs to different values i.e

knob 2 set hold to 48.00 8th 96.00 4th etc

but this is the ramp controls im talking about here so you'll need your lfo's(sync/beats) etc to be fed to the mapper and using the ramp..
there's just tons of other ways to do stuff so just trial and error is the best way hehe. :)

I'm on my way to teh bedroom... tired.

You can use the Mapping Generator as a waveform in LFO2. There you go. Step sequencer.

I've been using Urs' stuff with FL for a couple of years - generally no problems, and any problems I've noticed have been dealt with very quickly. I'm not what you'd call a power user, though.

I want some of whatever you're on :D That's just unbelievable Rob. I'm gonna come over to the UK and make some beats with you someday, we'll get all crazy and do some choonz!

Duh, you can set the ramp to 1/4 or 4/4 mode. Thats what rlahalla was trying to tell me (as well as a bunch of other unrelated stuff for some reason..) :hihi:

Now we have a step sequencer, but we can route it to anything!

I made some more patches. I think I will make a demo soonish, I'm starting to get the hang of all this! :D
noise and beats: Negutyv Xeiro do people actually click these?
gearlust: Roland JP-8000, too much/not enough eurorack
machinecode by: u-he, Bitwig, Fabfilter, NI, et al

Please convince me to buy this s ynth. I love the presets and it looks and sounds great but i am well confused by how to program this as i am not very handy with modulars and cables. Will i get used to this or am i better of letting this one go.

BTW is it normal that some patches are taking up 1 whole cpu on my 2.93 ghz Imac when playing a simple chord?

Finally! I've been able to play about with this fantastic synth for a while! Great work Urs, I'm really impressed with the sound. Great sounding filter! I hope you sell a million copies and get all the best reviews!

A question though. I'm experiencing some 'unipolar' behavior with my mod-wheel. Do you know what might be causing this?

Example: When I have something routed to modwheel i get maximum modulation at 50% then above 50% it goes to some kind of negative value, 100% is like a inverted 0%. I'm using modwheel to control LFO2 to PWM amount.
