A couple of misspellings in 2.0.3.1:
1) On the "Filter 1" and "Filter 2" pages, the world "algorithm" is spelled incorrectly.
2) On the "Tune" page, "microtune" is spelled incorrectly.
Haven't found any true bugs yet. This thing is a joy to play around with. It would benefit greatly from a more user-friendly manual, though--preferably using screen captures from the "Default Skin," since it's so much more professional-looking.

I had a bug yesterday when test driving the release version, but I can't really tell you how to recreate it.
I was playing some midi notes and browsing through the different synth tabs, but they got stuck on layer 2. I could click layer 1, it would show for a fraction of a second and then go back to layer 2.
I had to restart synthmaster (standalone) to get rid of it. I couldn't trigger it afterwards
I also have some suggestions:
1. Linear knob behaviour instead of the circular (all my synths have linear knobs)
2. Have a different color ring for each modulation source: blue is and adsr, yellow a lfo, green is a mseg, etc. Massive does this and it helps with finding your way around a patch.
3. The patch browser looks kind of unprofessional: make the font size a bit larger and use a smoother font, the current one really pixelises a lot on my machine
4. Is there a vst effect version so we can use the vocoder in our host?
That's about it for now
I'm really enjoying working on it

In my opinion, Synthmaster just need to have it's audio inputs open. No need for a separate FX version. Introducing new colors is a good idea, but it needs to be adjusted. New colors, such as red.

I have a bug,
use an LFO to modulate the cut Off
Set the mod amount to say 50% (blue circle)
When I reopen the project, the LFO is recalled and works well but the Blue circle is back to 0
Same with de "Sync" value panel of the LFOs
When I choose to "Sync" a LFO, then reopen my project, the Sync is still active, but the "value panel" is back to manual rate
Sorry If I'm not clear

PS: I'm using FL9

Filters aren't working using 2x or 3x oversampling quality.

What do you mean by "arent working"? Are they totally not working?rectus_dominus wrote:Filters aren't working using 2x or 3x oversampling quality.
Anyhow, I'll sort out all of these issues in the weekend.

I just installed Synthmaster 2. There's something wrong with saving presets. I selected Wavetable Osc Template. I did some changes and saved it as different name in my new folder on hard drive. Now this my preset won't show up in my folder in preset browser(the file is found in my folder on hard drive)but instead shows up in Bulent's folder in preset browser. There's also one preset on my hard drive that I'm not able to open at all (it's located in same folder as my other presets).

You are saving the files under the "Presets" folder right?
In the following releases I'd better introduce "User Presets Folder", which should be customizable by the user.

OK I got the problem now: Since the "template" presets were saved under my name, I have to change the author name when the user inits a preset from one of the "template" presets.kääriäinen wrote:I just installed Synthmaster 2. Will be fixed in the weekend build.
