well that's my excuse. :hihi: quote]

Don't you guys be trying to take my spot at the bottom :-) guess I should make things people need? but that is not as fun.

Congratulations to this years winners and big thanks to Ben (KVR) for putting this together.

really had fun playing with this years entries - some dangerously ;-) addictive stuff in there - and regret not having time to play more

and of course salute all the devs and contributors for a job well done!

congradulations to everyone who entered dc09!

This is the first time I've made an effort to evaluate this contest
my jumbled thoughts about this includes:

In in the time allotted for testing:

-I couldn't test all the tools... lacking the proper hardware and software for those I couldn't and still I ran out of time to seriously evaluate the stuff that worked for me... go figure!

-How best to 'vote' -eventually became "is it stable on my system" and "will I ever use it?" influencing the bulk of my thinking.
Alas I found lots of brilliant work with lots of outright hard labor and massive efforts wasted on me because of how I make noise.
Also- Crashes on exit, synthmaker bugs and that damned multi-core synthedit bug while not being the dev's fault/mistake/issue unfortunately influenced my final votes. Some of the plugs seriously caused problems with other plugs making it hard to point to the 'real' offender (lack of testing time) and I'm definitively not a "one plug only" kinda guy.
-I tried to give feedback as best I could...

And thanks for all the GREAT tools!!11!!!

Thanks! I'm planning an updated version with some LFO's and other goodies I didn't have time to put in before the deadline. And Ben, cheers for letting us know the results. I would love to see downloads if possible.
