Hi,
I've just purchased EVE for 79$ and I'm very happy with it.
Price: I'd say anything under 100$ is a bargain for this VSTi (IMO it should cost 99$ with optional soundsets at 19$ to 29$).
I bought EVE because it gives me a mixture of old and new (vintage synth samples and modern way of making them work together).
All in all, I think Dash product have fair prices (even on a low side right now) and great support.

Although I haven't ordered Eve yet (will do so this week, as soon as PayPal cooperates), and I therefore can not say much about the product and it's quality, I can tell you briefly how I found Dash, Eve, why I want to order it, and why I am ordering it now.
I read about Dash Signature and it's Eve in the latest edition of Computer Music. I like to use warm, ambient, classic sounds in my music (the pagan black metal band Hellebaard), so everything what can produce such sounds has my attention. I did not more than only read the announcement in CM, until I read about the special Dash price offers in the KVR-VST newsletter. Went to the Dash site, downloaded the Eve demo, and really liked it (so much, that I installed the demo three times). So, this price offer did point my attention to Eve, and after that the sounds made me want to order it. The only VSTi's and VST effects I use now are the ones who come with Computer Music or freeware (such as the Kjarhues classic effects), so Eve will be the first one I actually pay for. Consider this a compliment.
I don't think I would pay $200 for any VSTi, but I don't have to think twice to order a nice one for less than $100.
As soon as I have ordered and used Eve, I will write a review in the KVR-VST review section.
For any new VSTi or expantion of existing Dash VSTi's, I would suggest to develop a VSTi dedicated to brass (French horns, English horns, trombones, trumpets, tuba, etc.).
Something to improve might be to expand the payment methods. I never used PayPal before, IMO it's not that user friendly. Maybe credit card payment like Computer Music and Amazon use are a good additional payment methods.

Thanks guys for the comments. I would like to drop a small note about PayPal. It IS a Credit-Card solution. Is just that for some countries, they ask for verification numbers, and some they don't. It will depend on the AVS code you input with your order. EG: If you address type and AVS code matches, they approve your order, otherwise, they block it and ask for a verification number. Is all about security. When we used systems that didn't had this option, we got several stolen CCs being used from strange countries. And when we used other systems that does what PayPal do, but without the verification number, some people couldn't order at all. That's why we stick with PayPal. They are an eBay company, and trust me, the largest one for eCommerce payments.

I have finished my order today, after finalizing my PayPal account.
A tip for everyone who is also living in a 'non-PayPal' country (in my case; the Netherlands):
when signing up with PayPal, PayPal asks you for an 'Expanded Use Number', which can be found on your credit card statement, next to a first $1.95 USD charge from PayPal. If your credit card company does nog give you online access to your credit card account (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), you don't have to wait until you receive your credit card receipt by mail, just give those folks a call. About two days after signing up with PayPal, the credit card company can give you this 'Expanded Use Number' by phone and you can finalize your PayPal account and order your Dash VSTi. The first $1.95 USD charge from PayPal is given back to you with your first purchase through PayPal.
Conclusion: PayPal works!

but as of now (in my case), I'm not getting e-mail receipts (yet), and it's even more complicated because I have an Austrian CC and live basically in Slovenia (and am now moving to Netherlands).
But even without a visa there are options with The Great Dash guys.

First, let me say I don't own anything by DashSignature. I recently downloaded a handful of the demos to try out with the recent holiday price break. Overall, for the price it was one heck of an interesting kit (especially eve) but I still haven't made the plunge. The reason is purely subjective... they all sound very good, but for a lack of a better term they're not very unconventional. In many ways that's a good thing, but I really look for those little gems that make sounds that I've never quite heard before... especially if they encourage and inspire me to play around with them to make new sounds.
Overall, from what I've noticed from the demos I've tried, everything seems to be very good and certainly a great value. If Dash created something that better fit my admittedly terrible tastes, I wouldn't hesitate to make the purchase.

hey aegis, did you try TheAbstractGuitar? Should fit what you are looking for perfectly.
Just forget that you saw the word 'guitar' in the name, in fact, in your own mind, rename it 'TheAbstractVSTi' and try it again. I think you'll be surprised!

Hmmm, not exactly a new customer, but I'll partake.
I'm a Combosister organ and just love it. One of my most used plug-ins, and I actually own a Farfisa, Combosister just sounds a bit more like a Vox, and is far easier to deal with. My one suggestion there would be a distortion effect. I love running my Farfisa through my guitar stomp boxes and even had good results with Combosister through the Guitar Suite Boss DS-1 emulation (except that it only processes the left channel). A distortion along those lines would just put Combosister over the top. I'm not sure what the current price is, but I believe I bought it at $40, and though I'd be willing to pay more (being an organ nut), I think it may be so esoteric an instrument that much more could turn some people off to buying.
Tublisax, looks cool and I haven't checked it out since one of the early demos. What I would want out of that, was actually alluded to earlier in this thread, and would be more brass. I'd like some nice mariachi like trumpets for cool semi fast legato leads, regular slower trumpets, muted trumpets, french horns, english horns, flugel horns, etc along with the saxophones. Saxophone has never really appealed to me so a good all round horn VSTi would just make it.
EVE looks cool but the big download frightens me on my 56k, and I'd only want to play with the large version. If it's as good as people have been saying the price looks right as well. This is one I'll definately be looking into in the near future, though I do think I have a lot of those bases covered already with other VSTi's (electric pianos, organs, string machines, etc), so it'd have to be good, but I have a feeling it will be.
This is the Dash stuff I've been most interested in and would be most interested in seeing more work put into, so I'll just keep it at that. Analog synths aren't really my thing, nor ethnic, or super crazy sounds, so I won't really comment there as I'm not qualified to do so. Anyway, you guys have a good thing going, and I always look forward to what's next.

It actually made me want to give Eve another go and they're both starting to grow on me.
