Weird Sylenth1 problem with Ableton

Hey, I recently updated my ableton from 7 to 8. I took out my sylenth1.dll and put it in the new ableton folder and i've done all the VST plugin on the preferences. I get this error message when I try and load ableton:




Anyone got any ideas? much appreciated.
