What are the frequencies on the Uh-Bik Q?

The EQ interface does not show frequencies but only lo, mid and high. The numeric value on the display does not correspond to the actual frequency, e.g. 1.5 does not sound like 1.5K and it falls into the lo frequency of the dial.

So what are they?

Urs has said that he will display the frequencies in the plugin, eventually.

Thanks.

I wonder what the rationale for not displaying the frequencies is. Certainly unusual.
We escape the trap of our own subjectivity by
perceiving neither black nor white but shades of grey

Yes that was an epic fail. Only 1% now does things by ear. Other 99 trusts in what gui says.

Well, I stared to much at the EQs I have. They all just have knobs with rather coarse labels. So I figured it's okay to do tuning in octaves rather than Hz.

I find "Q" to be the first "musical EQ" in my collection -
because I don't worry about what values I dial and just listen to the effect.

I don't mind an optional Hz read-out but I really don't miss it.
