I emailed tech support in May of this year saying that the preset selection arrows aren't working at all in the VST/AU of Wow.(using Live 8/Kore 2)
I've still got the same issue and have heard of no update or solution from tech support.
Is this ever going to be fixed/does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi, I would recommend to uninstall WOW and then reinstall the latest version. The problem has not been reported by other users so far.
