Hi All,
Image
I just posted a new free tutorial "u-he ACE Video Tutorial: Patch Cables 101."
If you are new to the patch cable concept, this should help you shorten your learning curve and to help you make more sense of the factory presets. It's a step-by-step tutorial with a conceptual overview of patch cables and a walkthrough where I create two presets using patch cables.

I've also created a category dedicated to ACE:

Coming there more tutorials'?

Post

really thanks for this......I really am a visual learner and have gotten lazy by video tutorials ( blame Eric Persing for this :-)), but I just learnt in less than ten minutes what I didn't learn in at least four attempts to the read the manual..
very well done...
thanks

great video ... it helps a lot to finally understand the mechanism ... as stated before, reading the manual, does not necessary leads to proper translations and/or adoptions ...

Big Thanx !!!

Thanks for the video, I really like tutorials like these. Only small criticism is you kind of rushed through the daisy chain part, but I know you were running out of time. Will have to explore that one more on my own.

Yeah I was bumping into the 10 min. limit. I was also hoping that once people saw how cables worked in general they'd know enough to explore daisy chaining.

Also leaves room for more vids ;^)
