Thesys-How to stop AU midi out activating the midi command keyboard?

When using the AU "workaround" with Thesys.
Playing any sequence, makes the midi notes play the midi controller keyboard, at the bottom of Thesys GUI.
How do I stop that?
It's as if the midi out for the AU does not work the same as the VST version.

Please follow exactly the instructions in the manual.
The input for the Thesys channel have to be set explicitly to the device you want to control the thesys track with. (or even unconnected if it should just be triggered by midi events from the track)
