a noisy tubilesax

hi there,
each time i play a note using tubilesax i can hear a series of constant crackles under it, the louder i play the louder they are, while the db meter stays far away from any peak

my system is based on a celeron 1.6ghz, 512mb ddr, ata100 hard disk, my soundcard is an edirol ua-20

i don't think it has to do with the performance of my system as cpu usage is very low while using tubilesax and i can run project of 24/25 tracks without any kind of problem in the audio streaming...

what could it be?

ok that's not a real problem: i hear those cracks and pops just under the first preset, so it's not a real problem at all

any kind of hint is appreciated anyway

That's very strange indeed. One think I though, is lower the volume of TubiLeSax on its own GUI Volume parameter. Maybe is a distortion. Also, set the KeyClick volume to zero, maybe is too loud...

I've already tried that...
But don't worry, the other preset sound great so it's not a real problem at all!

in every version of tubilesax so far, on 3 different computers and hosts, i have had these noise problems and it used to drive me crazy. the samples just sounded so dirty. I could never understand, becasue every other dash vsti works and sounds just stellar. it seems an update has finally been released which addresses this, so off to do the download now. will report on the results:)

It DOES fix that. It was a problem on the Interpolated code. It was reproducing a non-Interpolated sound, which makes noises...
