Amplitube X-Gear

Greetings!
I am new to the forum (this is my first post), so don't rip me a new one if this question makes me look like a lesser being.
Is anyone running Amplitube X-Gear on their Receptor? I recently purchased an IKM Total Workstation Receptor 2 (so I'm running OS 1.8), and purchased some amplitube products as part of the 4x1 deal IKM was running over the holidays so I have a bunch of the ampsims I can run individually on the receptor. There is no installer to download on the plugorama website specifically for X-Gear, so I'm wondering if it is possible at this point. Obviously I could achieve the same result by separately opening (e.g.) Jimi Hendrix and just using the pedal board, followed by Metal for the amp stage, and Amplitube 2 for the post effects (or whatever combination I wanted, so spare the trivial suggestion). This would be completely inefficient, and a waste of CPU (which was the whole reason why X-Gear was created). If it is possible at this point to install X-Gear, what do I need to do? If it is not possible, anyone have any idea about if/when it will be possible?
Someone please save the Tech Support at plugorama the hassle of me contacting them again by posting something yourself. Please provide a link if this topic has already been discussed, and I just haven't found it while searching the forum.

I just asked this question of support a couple of days ago. The answer is you cannot run X-Gear on the receptor.
