I have done tests that shows that the old Receptor models crashes with all SE 1.1 instruments. Seems like there is no problems with Receptor2. We got an error message about microsoft runtime files.
My question: Does the Receptor2 have updated runtime files?

There are many changes and improvements to the Receptor 2 Linux. However Synth edit was not part of the Receptor 2 1.8 OS testing so I cannot speak to it specifically.

Can someone explain how if the Receptor 2 uses a core2 and the Receptor C used an AMD Turion which are both sse2 compatible that no receptor utilizes sse2? Is this a linux problem?

Receptor1 works with SE 1.0 plugins, but not with SE 1.1 plugins. I think the problem is only with Receptor1.
SE 1.1 has new microsoft runtime files, and Jeff thinks that is the problem: That the Receptor1 has outdated microsoft runtime files. Is it possible to release new runtime files for the first generation Receptors?

Good luck getting any kind of an update without upgrading.
A minor scale is a major scale starting 3 half steps down from the major and visa versa. Any Chord has as many versions as it has notes.
