I think Duophonic mode has not received the attention it deserves, so this thread is to spread some love. It is really fun to play and has lots of expressive versatility uniquely its own.

Funny, that clip has a conspicuously IMPoscar-like sound.

Nice sample, i admit myself that i haven't tried yet the duophonic mode...just because is so fun and satisfactory to use ACE at his basic functions that need time to be explored!pdxindy wrote:I think Duophonic mode has not received the attention it deserves, so this thread is to spread some love. I did a duo-phonic preset called Ratbox ShortOut in the last ZPC6.pdxindy wrote:I think Duophonic mode has not received the attention it deserves, so this thread is to spread some love.

Yeah nice one pdxindy! Good use of that for actual layering. I did one that utilised the higher tone to provide just a hint of higher harmonic after the low tone is held...kind of a minimal loung-ish patch. It is indeed a fantastic trigger mode.
Yes it does! The ImpOSCar filters scream like that too.. very nice filters in that synth btw. I own it too. Great sound and lots of use out of it earlier on.rockmachine wrote:Funny, that clip has a conspicuously IMPoscar-like sound.
