Muse at NAMM

Received an email from Muse Research today (Musings Feb 2010) telling how fantastic Receptor 2 is, how it was in full force at NAMM, and how it can run all these plugins..........SO WHAT !!

How about a thought for us R1 users that are still waiting for an adequate response to the many posts put up by other users ? I see there has been no response to the 1.8 upgrade query for R1 since the last post two weeks ago, but then maybe everyone from Muse is at NAMM....

I will repeat what I said in an earlier post. I am not interested in hearing about what Receptor 2 can do as I have absolutely no inclination to buy one and I'm sure this goes for a lot of other R1 users as well. Having invested in your company Muse, please give us the courtesy of listening to our grievances and coming up with an acceptable and cost effective solution.

I have read many posts from users who are obviously well up to the mark technically and whose suggestions are dismissed out of hand. The damage being done to your companies image should not be taken lightly. A lot of potential purchasers of R2 might very well be put off by your poor customer service and take their business to a competitor.

Muse, once again, I would urge you to do the following :

1. Took note of the suggestions that users have made and consider whether they really are feasible

2. If they are, please put all your efforts into improving compatibility / performance for R1 devices

3. If, finally, you decide that nothing can be done, please consider more satisfactory pricing to allow R1 users to upgrade, particularly for European / UK owners.
