The file is a VBR 100% quality MP3, 10 Meg. I had to make VBR since the bass is so deep that the resulting file, even at 160kbps, was bad.
9 EVE Instances, 2 daHornet Instances, 1 daAlfa2k Instance, 1 LM9 Instance.
Most EVE presets are from the new (free) A0S bank.
One LM9 for the Snare, the rest of the drum's are from EVE default bank and A0S banks.
Extra Effects : Cubase Reverb 32 and compressor on mix down.
All EVE instances running in real-time on Cubase SX VST host,
Windows XP, CPU load for the whole song running : 40% of a P4 2.5 Giga

I just noticed it now, and have started listening...

You're kinda preaching to the choir with me, since EVE is one of my favourite synths, but I'm actually not too impressed with this song. It does showcase a number of the types of sounds that EVE can make, but it makes me realize just how much I want to hear a different kind of song in demos. Of course, I should step up to the plate myself, shouldn't I?

BTW, are those notes at the end supposed to be off-time?

At any rate, I think we need to hear EVE in a more rock/jazz/funk song and with singing! Now, where's that sister of mine?...

Ohhh, I would LOVE to hear a song with your sister on!! Can you do for tomorrow? :D We need more songs, to please everybody. What I do best is New-Age and Electronica, so I can't help much on the Demos I guess...

Code: Select all

BTW, are those notes at the end supposed to be off-time?
Yup, is suposed to sound "vintage hands". (silly joke)
