Hello, guys.

My question is very simple.

Will be M3 a free upgrade for old users?

Thank you in advance, have a nice day.

If you are a version 2 user the upcoming M3 will be a free upgrade as far as I know :)

IMHO I think AND feel that helping the development of software that needs to be financially sound is for the benefit of all, the developer and the users.
By supporting this relationship (Financially stronger Developer/Happy productive Users)we achieve what we want: A great long lasting DAW.

Some of us are probably earning some money with this jewel....
Some of us could get away with less Cappuccinos :D

What goes around comes around...

Yes, that is true, but so far updates have been free for old users. Hence the question. I saw there are two new mu.lab "flavors" and just wondered if one of them was going to be a free update.

Well, some of us are not making any money with mu.lab after all (neither having any cappuccinos  ), but Jo certainly should be.

That's very wrong.
We all should make money and if we put there Mu.Lab project files, might be accepted as an official category (as a separate category, which might be good publicity and bring some more users ti it = more money for Jo).

Great Link! Thank you.
I am telling you, MuLab will be "The Alternative" but it needs support.
"Made in MuLab" ... excellent idea.

Good statement. I'm totally agree with that.

On the other hand, is kinda hard to really test M3 with the limitations.

Users who are in the M3 test group and who have a MU.LAB 2.7 Unlimited User License can request their MU.LAB 3 Key by emailing me :)

Is this 'and' or 'and/or'?
I mean, I just purchased the unlimited license for 2.7, can I join the M3 test group or?

I'm sure you can  Unless M3 will be released in the next couple of days, but then you will get your M3 key anyway :)

So you will get your M3 key anyway (as it's a free upgrade from M2 as far as I know), but when you join the M3 test group you get it a little sooner, so you can test the unlimited M3 version.
