Thesys can't find preset location,
I reinstall it many time but the problem persist.
Can someone please help me?

Are you on mac or pc ?
You should delete the plist before installing if you are on mac.

I'm on PC win XP sp3.
I try CC Cleaner to unistall thesys properly.
however, when I reinstall, thesys seem to remember my serial, so If You know a better way to unstall it...

Hi,

you can find the Thesys registry under current user/software/sugar bytes/thesys.

Just delete the Thesys folder, then reinstall.
