No - Not as such.

It looks like Muse has shut down ssh access - some kind of process that looks for ssh' processes and kills them. This is new in OS 1.8.

This company is getting way too screwed up.

Yeah, I think it is counter to the idea of Linux to use it for such closed systems - I mean we're not talking national security here so I don't see the need.

We recently heard that Steinberg has purchased Syncrosoft, and we have had some discussion with Steinberg about Receptor support, so we are now hoping to work with them to get Syncrosoft happening sooner rather than later.

Does anyone has any update on this? It has been a while already...

I have Moog Modular V2 installed (Receptor 1 OS 1.7), but I can't get to the GUI. However, I can change patches just fine, so it is usable. I did an unsupported install with some registry alterations. I just copied my PC registry settings...I used my custom path instead of course.

After I was done with this project, I laughed at myself for trying to get the Receptor to jump through hoops like this. Why do we torment ourselves with hope for this box?

Well I can't take that risk. I need this unit for gigs every so often.

I just wish we had some kind of updates on these products for the Receptor...
Makes me feel like it will never happen.
