NI now sells the Scarbee libraries; I assume their new offering (the Vintage Keys collection), even though it is Kontakt 4 compatible, is not Receptor compatible at this time, correct?

These keyboards have not been tested yet on receptor. Right now Receptorized Kontakt 4 is still in development (although getting close). We'll know more about using add on libraries once we get the program itself running correctly.
