Hello there, this is my first post at KVR.

I'm thinking of purchasing Sylenth. Just two questions:

1.- How good are those 1000+ presets? A good bunch on the demo were AMAZING...

2.- If I format my computer, will I be able to install Sylenth again? Can I install it on two computers (both mine)?

Presets = superb. But don't worry about them - TWEAK IT or write your own

Formatting = don't know.

Yes you can install it on a formatted machine (i've just done that myself).

I'm not sure about using it on two machines but just check the license.

The presets are very very good and there are plenty of excellent commercial soundbanks available too.

Ok for the presets...

I made the wrong question I think. What I mean is: how limited is the license? Is there any risk of getting my serial number unuseful? I'm new at purchasing software :$

There's no real risk. I had no problems reinstalling the software on my new machine and as long as Lennars site is up and running you can reinstall the software again.

As far as I remember your installation isn't depending on the website at all.
Just install with your supplied serial and enjoy. I don't remember the exact license terms either, but I checked with Lennard about my setup which consists of one mac and one pc and that was okay.

tbh I can't remember the exact installation procedure as I've got about 40 VSTs to install

scratch that.

I just checked my emails and i've still got the original download link from Lennar that I used. It's a passworded server and the keyfile is attached to the same email.

If you save the installer on your hard drive you can reinstall it whenever you like without having to go to the website.

Yes, you can re-download the installer and license from your email inbox. Or you can save them both on a CD or USB stick. If you happen to loose everything you can always just send an email for a new license/download.

Yes, the license is personal, which means you can install and use it on all your computers as long as you are the only person using them.

I completed it 5 mis ago and sent it to Waldorf...now it'stime for more Sylenth me thinks

Results

So we need a 4th bank????? I already had about 50 presets before i lost Sylenth to hard drive failure but i had saved the sounds i was working on to the server

Got some things to finish up first then i'll continue with the 4th installment.
