OSC 15: which synth?

Actually Mac, having heard your OSC13 submission, I'm surprised that you're so down on S1. One of the things I really liked about your track (and there was plenty to like about it - deserves to be a bit further up the rankings, 'IMO' of course
) was the range of timbres, the clarity and the overall lushness that you got out of S1.

I found a top toy for y'all PC users to test: Buzzic.
It is a low cpu sequencer that is designed for the demo scene. Still it is a hell a lot of fun to work with.

I wish the synth would be chosen already. After tomorrow I won't have any internet for a month.

Is it Lent or something, i.e. some sort of self-flagellating masochistic religious thing?Xenobioz wrote:I wish the synth would be chosen already. After tomorrow I won't have any internet for a month.

If it helps... I'm starting to lean towards StringZ + maybe some drum samples for drum-lovers. Sorry for late response, I've been not around KVR forum for a few days...Xenobioz wrote:I wish the synth would be chosen already. After tomorrow I won't have any internet for a month.

Tattiemannie suggested no additional samples for drums, and I'm ok with that.
What do you guys think about it?

Surfingo, if you click on the 4shared link in my sig below, you can download a textfile which has all the links to previous OSC threads, and the previous comp tracks folder ... I keep it updayed, so you will see which synths we have used from the links on that text file.
