William, wouldn´t it be much easier for us if we could copy the reg keys for your instruments from your email confirmation and paste it into the instruments registration line, instead of having to type it in manually? :-o

:o Guys, how do you did that? Yesterday I got the CD from William and wanted to register EVE and Knagalis (the ones I didn´t had until now). No paste operation was possible in the register line. With the other Dash synths, which I got some months ago, I could paste if I remember right. Maybe William has changed it?

i pasted all of mine too....if right-click + paste doesn't work for you, try CTRL+V, the keyboard shortcut for paste, works for me.

Wouldn't really call it a 'nightmare' in any case though :)

I think you´re right, just edited the thread title. :D

I only tried it with the right mouse key menu and there is no one. I´ll try the other two options when I´m at home - thanks.

Hy guys, if you mean the Serial Numbers on the VST panel, just use CTRL+C to copy, and on the panel use Mouse Right-Click and Paste. That works every time. ;-)

If you mean the CD code, sorry but you just have to type that one. ;-)

What is the difference between VST panel and panel? Mouse Right-Click doesn´t work for me (at least on one of the two panels).

Ok, you haven't tell me if you mean the SerialNumber on the VST or the CD code on the CD installer. ;-)

When you open the VST GUI/Editor for the first time, it will show you a panel with the Serial number box. That's the place where you place the SerialNumber. Don't use the CD Key there. The Serial Number is on the LOGIN page at our site.

So keep in mind, there are two things. One is the CD Key you received with your CD, that you use on the CD install. Another is the Serial Number that you place on the VST the first time you open the VST GUI/Editor.

Hope that helps.

Only this item was my problem: right-click + paste doesn't work for me, only CTRL+V as Laserguided told me.

Weird, what is your Windows version? Also, did you managed to put the SN# in all our VSTs so far?

Win ME. Because it´s some months ago that I got the other synths from you, I can´t remember really. But I think I didn´t have this problem with your older VSTis. It seems to be a new one. Or maybe because I have loaded these new ones in EnergyXT for the first time? EXT has sometimes a something strange behaviour. I don´t know.

It could be that the host is blocking Mouse-Right-Click, or something like that. Since I tested today with EVE and TubiLeSax latest version and they both supports the mouse option. ;-)
