FX Improvement: Reverb, DONE!!!

Hi folks,

Finally had time to work on the reverb FX. My first priority is to fix the stereo imaging problem, after that I'll try to make it sound more "smooth"

I'm planning to work on the reverb until Wednesday night, and then I'll write a chorus/ensemble FX as well!

I think I figured how to make it sound "smoother"

Now time to add more parameters to the reverb, such as:

Early/Late mix ratio
Early reflections EQ with Low&High shelve filters
Late reflections damping with Low&High shelve filters

I'll end up breaking backwards compatibility with the older reverb, but what the heck! I'll go through all of the presets and adjust them!

Allright fellows, I'm proud to announce that the reverb improvement is FINISHED
