Guys, we are about to release theAbstractGuitar with Skinable option and a new skin made by MoniKe (my wife)

The picture below is not 100% completed, missing a few parameters. She would like to know your comments.

I like it! Has a really nice vibe, great choice on the 1960's funky lettering, and the DASH Logo even looks stylin'

Sort of reminds me of refx plasticz, but in a subtle way, like 'you don't see this look in a vsti very often'.

Anyway, I like it, the more I look at it the more I like it. Nicely done MoniKe, it's great to see you onboard the DASH team.

It would be cool if the plugin came with this skin in a few different color choices And an easy way to switch skins (haven't tried the skinning in tubilesax yet).

Hmm now that I'm looking at it more, you could make it really abstract if you used some different colors in the different sections.. might be a trippy alternate skin.

Another good suggestion I think would be to add a beveled outer edge around the plugin, shaded like the interior portions of the GUI. It would be nice to soften the edge of the big square.

This looks like it'll be a fair bit bigger than the original skin, which I'm very happy about, and I definately like the look 100X more. No offence to the artist of the older skin, it's certainly unique (like this plugin), just not to my taste personally.

This is cool because I really like this plugin a lot when i'm trying to find a unique and strange sound, and with a tastier interface I'll be sure to use it even more

mixed feelings on this one tbh william / monike ...

i like the overall concept and the 'bubbles' but a couple of things niggle about the layout itself ...

1 - the order of the control 'panels' doesnt seem totally logical to me
2 - im not keen on the way the bubbles overlap in some places and the spacing between some others is inconsistent (the semitone and board ring bubbles also seem just to close to the edge of the gui)
3 - id like more colour options too
4 - for me personally id still like to see some kind of (however vague) guitar-like visual references

Can I keep the old skin? Not that I don't like this one, but I find the old one is perfect in the way it mixes old guitar imagery with abstract design.

Ahh, we are ADDING a new skin. The "old" one will be the Default skin.

I forgot to say: Thanks guys for all the coments. She will be doing some changes and we will prob release a new update of the skin tomorrow, so we can all check it out before we do the new product release.

Guys, here is the update. The image misses some parameters graphics, but at least you can have an idea on how it is now. She will also do another versions with blue and multi-colored panels.
