Is it possible to make a sine wave in ACE?

Yes just use the second Lfo and use it output to replace one/both of the Vcos, or just add it to the free input of the Mix to layer it with the other Vcos.

Indeed. Both LFO work at audiorate. Switch the TuneModus of the LFOs to semi, and route it like Lotuzia said.
