ABCD morphing automation?

Hello.
I am a little ashamed to admit that I hadn't heard of your products until today. I tried some of the free plugins (I was specifically looking for a new tremolo plugin). I ended up really liking them. I am considering purchasing the pro bundle.
Regarding the ABCD morphing feature, I can't seem to be able to record the movement of the little sphere. I use the mouse to move the sphere around and morph, recording in FL Studio. But this doesn't get recorded..
All the other controls have their automation record just fine.
I notice that the ABCD morphing window pops up in a different Tab at the bottom of FL Studio and I think this may be related to it not recording the sphere movement(?)
Also, in which language are these coded please?
Thank you

Hi there,
I'm afraid this is going to be a problem
. The "circle" is a hybrid movement of all parameters unfortunately based on ABCD, which can be modified itself by this circle thus recursively changing its own state
. Damn it's getting complicated
.
It should correctly save automation of the parameters being modified, doesn't it?
Yes, and it's entirely "C++".

If it's any help, you should be able to set up preset morphing manually, using the multiparameter controls. Customize multiparameter 2, so it morphs into B, etc.
Would be interested to know if this automates properly for you, because for me, multiparameter stays inactive in FL, until i open the plugin's interface. I had a similar multiparameter problem in Sonar, but Vojtech fixed that easily, so maybe he would have a look at this, if we both have the problem.

What exactly do you mean by "stay disabled"?

Ok here's the deal on my end.
I can automate all the individual sliders, etc.. in the GUI ( I am using Tremolo as my test) except for the sliders the sphere is controlling in the ABCD pop up (no automation gets recorded for the individual parameters these are controlling).
I can automate the 4 multiparameter sliders by linking them to knobs on my midi controller through the FL Studio browser. However, the "last tweaked>link to controller" function does not work in FL studio for these 4 multiparameter sliders. the "last tweaked>link to controller" function in FL Studio does work for all the other sliders within the plugin.
Basically at this point I can only use the Sphere in the ABCD morphing feature for "live use", as none of the sliders these are controlling are getting their movements recorded.. I have no use for live use though..
Would you be able to download a demo of FL Studio? ( you may even be able to get a free copy of Fl Studio from Imageline). I was really looking forward to recording automation for this sphere.....
Thank you!
I don't understand the issue with the window being open or not that someone mentioned above.

Hi,
first of all, I'm afraid the sphere will not be automatable for the complicated reasons I mentioned above. Though the parameters controlled by it should be recorded and since you say they are not, it is probably a bug, so I'll check.
.
Cheers!

Thank you
If the sliders the sphere controls have their automation recorded, I'll be happy
Also might be worth checking why the "link to last tweaked" works for all the sliders except the 4 multiparameter sliders. Hey thanks for your help. You know, the imageline folks are rather kind. I would ask them for a free copy of fl studio. Maybe you guys can trade

Sure, it must work
.
Anyway what you mean by "link to last tweaked" ? If you mean the link button, when enabled it synchronizes all bands, but the mutliparameters are global, so it has no effect on them. The question is - should it affect all bands when modified using multiparameter and link is enabled? I'm not sure about that and I actually don't know how it works now. I'll make it checked including the automation
. An update will have to be released anyway after the weekend I guess.

Sorry, last tweaked is an Fl Studio feature. You move a slider or knob in the gui of a vst and select last tweaked>link to controller and move a knob on your external keyboard, and the link is made. This is working for most of the sliders except the 4 at the bottom. I can still link these manually using a different method in FlStudio.. But it's not as efficient as the "last tweaked" feature

Hey folks, so found it - both ABCD morphing & multiparameters didn't send automation. Fixed plus some additional fixes/modifications will be released soon.

Hi, i said Inactive, not Disabled. It switches on and off ok, and even automates ok. But the problem is, when i close the song and reopen it, the plugin doesn't respond to the FL automation envelope, until i open it's interface.MeldaProduction wrote:What exactly do you mean by "stay disabled"?
Anyway, hopefully you've fixed it now, so no probs.
BTW, good job on the multiband chorus. I'm really enjoying using that. The cpu hit gets a bit scary when i raise the number of voices. But still a really useful plugin.

Aaaah, a bug, solved
.
And thanks! I believe the chorus is very good. Actually during the first day after its release I received several "congrats"

Woohoo! Glad you located the problems
Thank you. Did you also fix the GUI having to be opened up again once the project is restarted?
PS: this automation bug may have to be fixed in other plugins of yours as well. I was just trying with Tremolo but Vibrato must be the same, etc..
I have a question for you. If I buy the multiband versions of the plugins in the 60 something euro bundle (that includes multiband Tremolo, vibrato), is there a way to change the setting on these so that they act like the pro bundle plugins?
I'm trying to have to avoid having to buy both the 60 euro bundle and the (18?) euros bundle. Is it possible to make the multiband tremolo behave like the non multiband version?

My pleasure
. And yes, it's in literally all plugins, as usual
. Advantages of shared kernel
.
Multiband plugins have multiple bands & modulators & multiparameters (maybe something more, not sure right now) compared to the Pro effects. Basically al you need to make a multiband plugin act like "pro" plugin is to set it to a single band - right click on the band editor and select "1 band "
. You can try
