Its ok mate thanks anyway.

I did bookmark the target page with the updates on it. But when i open the link independantly through the browser - the Lennardigital site does indeed come up, but minus the personal update part unfortunately.

Ive waited long enough..a few more days aint gonna hurt. Hope Happy Frog you might find a solution when you get round to it pal.

Dont know if this is anything worth noting. I have MSE as my protection and when i download the update (winzip32 beta) for Sylenth. The 'smart filter' at the bottom of the download dialog box (sorry if the descriptive terms are wrong btw) states that it is offline. Every other zip file ive downloaded (well, ive just tested 7 anyway) states no such thing. Smart filter detected no issues etc...in other words Sylenth update seems to be not getting 'scanned' on download for some reason. Of course ive tried disabling the MSE and trying it again. No joy.

Oh scratch that theory. I just tried again and this time the Smart Filter was online and detected no threats etc....but still the unzipping produced 2 corrupt errors. Damn

This is getting on my nerves now - i'm going to leave it for the night and wait for Lennard to come back to me.

All I can think of is that it's a browser issue. Did you try Chrome ? You should have it installed anyway, it beats IE bigtime

In Cubase 4, this new version has one major annoyance (so far). It steals Ctrl+W focus, so I can't use this standard shortcut to close the window.

I am leaving trying to update for now, I have gone above and beyond, getting differnt zip extractors ect... I can not imagine it has to do with the IE, I am sure red37 and I use two differnt ones. And getting a new IE for an update I do not know.

Your extractor says the file is corrupt, which most probably means it didnt download completely, hence I'd say there's a good chance it's your browser. It's the first thing I'd try anyway. Besides, I always find it good practice to have at least 2 browsers installed anyway (and IE is probably the worst browser in existence, it's the slowest one for sure)

Opens and extracts perfectly with WinRAR 3.91 here.

Sylenth1v221BetaWin32.zip should be exactly 5,550,974 bytes

I just found that Internet Explorer 8 will not download the file correctly, probably some bug in the download php code. I'll see if I can fix it soon.

You can now load multiple preset files at once. Select "Load Preset" from the MENU and select a bunch of presets. They'll all be loaded directly into the soundbank.

oh nice....on the mac it shows the keyboard combinations shortcuts. On the PC it shows these weird boxes.. will that be removed?

That sucks, no worries though, I am very excited about this update and hearing the new presets, just wish IE's could get along with zip files.
