Hi all,
i know there's a stereo echo device that has synced delay lines. But i want to contruct one from scratch in the mux and don't know if it's possible right now
Same with LFO's. All this is for a rythmic delay i have in mind.
Thanks in advance,
Juan

Do you have a DSP structure diagram (a diagram for signal flow) how this is build up ?..than you can try to build this as a MUX configurationJuan Mendoza wrote:Hi all,

Perhaps from syntedit you can get "ideas" as i see on internet
http://synthedit.audioholik.com/index.p ... orums&t=78
Probably better is to have reactor or somethingelse from Native Instruments for advanced applications ? and use their user information
The problem is to translate this information analog to MUlab modular area
for instance synthedit (or synthmaker to name one more or VAZ modulair or ZEbra2 or Karma FX..more?)
Example:
Karma fx uses a module elements ( generators, filters, amplifiers, controller, effect, modulator) while Synth edit uses: (container, WHOLE LIST ! ....)
I just open syntedit and se also as "built in" examples a tempo sync lfo and delayed lfo module
From this info you can maybe try to build this in MUlab ?
But perhaps is synthmaker more suitable? there are mid-level en high- level modules there or you can built up all with components
it seems tomy that synthmaker is more advanced than synthedit, but how it works there with mid-level and high level modules?
Synhtedit is not expensive and perhaps a good start
As Mulab shows in the MUX area as "add Module" : components, mid-level and high level modules and audio routing

Thanks janamdo!
I own synthedit since it's first realeases. I think i didn't explain myself well... What i want to do is a new mulab fx (builded in a mux an only with mulab modules, so it can be shared)(see http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=285130 ). The problem i got was that i needed tempo synced echo modules and LFO modules, but i've just found the tempo synced mono echo module
What i'd like now is to have tempo synced LFO as well, but not sure if it's possible to do this right now.

... because Mulab's LFO module has no tempo sync, the rate is controled by frequency. If you know a way to tempo sync it please let me know.
Thanks
Thanks

In syntedit i do see two examples:Juan Mendoza wrote:... because Mulab's LFO module has no tempo sync, the rate is controled by frequency. If you know a way to tempo sync it please let me know.
Thanks
-tempo sync lfo
-delayed lfo
=> combine them to temp delayed lfo ?
If there are no components to build up a MUlab's LFO module with a tempo sync part than it is not possible
On what ways you can build a lfo with temp sync ?
juan from holland..haha

Hi Juan
I know what you mean, but i'm affraid there's no such modules in mulab yet.
Also not sure if Jo will choose solutions as complex as synthedit ones in the future, i gues he'll just release a new and absolutely awesome kind of modulator instead of letting the user build his own, but who knows.
Thanks for your help!
Jan from Spain lol
PS: BTW, i love holland, i asked my wife to marry with me there, and surprisingly she accepted
Would love to live in holland, nice country!

I do find Spain as country a bit rough .. i do like the landscape, but don't know the Spanishmen enough to say something about his nature
The living much outside seems to me attractive and healthy
In the earlier days i travelled many times to spain and even on a bike from north to south (direction Marocco)
And you married than in Holland here?
About the LFO there are ofcourse some vst, but there you are not after?
You want to do all in MUX .. on this way it is interchanceble for all MUlab user : "for the whole world" as de developer Jo of Mulab is saying

Tempo synced modules (Envelope, LFO, modulation-step-sequencer, ...) are on the wishlist.

just to clarify; my intentionI was not requesting any module, just wanted to know if there was a way to sync them that i probably missed

It's a totally different country than holland, the people, climate, food, polithics, money, all is different...janamdo wrote:![]()

This comming from you sounds like you're cooking something GREAT and revolutionary. I'm already speculating on what kind of surprise you're thinking of, and i think i won't be able to sleep 'till i know what.

Yes, Spain fantastic country Juan
But is it possible to build your modules in syntedit first : do you managed this there?
if it works there than you can make a estimate if you get it done in Mulab with his components
How sounds this

Yeah, you're right, can be done easyly in SE, i remember how thoght. I could also check my old SE cretions that include tempo synced stuff. It's been years since the last time i used SE, i've just received my backup license from Jeff and i plan to do more synths in the future, but now i'm focussed with M3. And currently (as statted by Jo) is not possible to tempo sync LFOs.janamdo wrote:Juan Mendoza wrote:

I didn't mean so, just that is different! If i had to choose a country to live i would choose Holland without doubt! And i got a real chance to go there years ago, but i'm not alone for taking such decisions by my own.
