Why is SD2 (or fill in your favorite app) Taking So Long

I received your e-mail February 1st touting all that you had shown at NAMM including SD2. It's 2.5 months later and nothing yet.

Sometimes I think your guys are just hanging on by a thread. You really need to get the things you showed at NAMM up and out. Peavey won't support you in distribution if you continue to be slow in getting apps to your platform. They'll realize you can't pull it off and drop you. This is why you were dropped in Sam Ash and Manny's. You have a bad reputation.

Its time to fix that reputation and hire another programmer.

I have been a (originally) patient user of my Receptor for two years now, and I have to start to agree; my patience is certainly waning. Trillian - "disks are in the mail, should be up and going any time!". Okay.

I, too, wonder whether the short term financial return on producing new units like a musebox (and possible new sales) exceeds that maintaining old units via increased plugin availability. After all, I don't pay Muse anything for a new plugin, but the Musebox is truly new cash.

I used to rave about the box but having experienced some of the rollout timelines for real now: when folks say expect to wait - expect to wait.

Something needs to change here, I agree. I love the sounds that I can get, but the waiting..........

Muse.

Please give us delivery dates for the products you said you would have working.

Since these aren't much of a revenue flow for you, perhaps you can charge a minimal fee for the versions that you get working on your platform.

I'll say it again, I will be happy to pay for the ability to have SD2 and Komplete 6 running on my machine.

A slight rework to you business model might make this a win-win for all of us.

Thanks

Hmmm.

Maybe there is a market for some 3rd party to make installers, since Muse are so unresponsive?

Still nothing.

Muse how about not sending us letters with all the great things coming in February if your not going to actually do them.

Please get your act together. I paid $3.200 for this thing.

I'm so pissed that my Sweetwater salesman sold me on you that I canceled my credit card with them and will never work with them again.

That's $3,500 a year that they will not get because of your lack of making this work.
