Yesterday morning, having left my live rig running overnight, Omnisphere on my Receptor stopped working. After a little investigation, I discovered that anytime I tried to pick a sound, it would tell me that the file couldn't be found in the Core Library and suggested that I reindex in the browser.
I have no idea how to make this reindex happen --- a google search threw no light on this issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Omnisphere several times to no avail.
Does anyone have any idea how to proceed?
Many thanks,
David

Error Core Library not found when loading samples.
* Load a blank multi.
* Delete the zmap.index from:
For Omnisphere 1.2 or later use \All Users\Application Data\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Soundsources\Factory\Core Library
Shut Receptor down and restart.
Load Omnisphere and wait for it to rebuild database. NOTE: this could take 5 - 10 minutes and your Receptor will look like it is frozen
Open the Edit for Omnisphere and go into Omnisphere's patch load menu. Click on the button with an arrow going in a circle on it (refresh).
NOTE: Omnisphere 1.1 or ealier usepath \Program Files\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Soundsources\Factory\Core Library

For all those Omnisphere users out in Receptor land:
We where able to solve this by replacing the zmap.index file (part of omnisphere library) on his Receptor with one from a working Receptor. Anyone else who comes across this issue should contact support for instructions on how to do this.
