WOW Filter Midi Learn in Sonar (8.5.3)

Hi,

what can I do to assign my korg m3 (used as midi controller) to control WOW parameters like cutoff?

Simply clicking midi learn and then moving a m3-slider doesn't work (this works with some plugins), nor do the three hints for other daws in the manual.

I would really appreciate a tipp or two

it's the only thing keeping me away from using my first sugar bytes product...

Well this is a little bit complicated in Sonar.
You have to open the plugin settings and check the 'configure as synth' option.
Then you can route a midi track to WOW.

I wonder if Sonar still does not support midi->automation, which would work much easier.
