Broken Drum Machine demo sound won't go away

I used some sounds from the nuSofting demo - Broken Drum Machine. I'm aware that it makes a little tone every minute but tried to record a couple of seconds of a beat.
It worked before on another song, but this time the sound won't go away...even when I deleted all the virtual instruments I'm using.
I then tried to locate where the demo plug-in is in the hard drive - but can't find it.
I was also using Combosister (the paid for version) and some AU instruments from Logic.
Hope I made sense about my problem - any help would be appreciated.

Any solutions to the problem I'm having with the Broken Drum Machine demo sound?
I purchased the full version of ComboSister awhile ago and still had the Combosister demo version in the AU instr. pull-down list for awhile. I found that in the hd and was able to uninstall that one. Now I don't see that one anymore.
I still can't find the BDM demo in the hd so I can uninstall that one though.
I'm thinking if I can uninstall that, I won't hear that bell sound anymore on this song that I put a lot of time into already.
Please help.

If you've removed the offending instrument from the song, then my best guess is that the offending noise is now coming from the recording you made.

I started a new song and moved all the audio files in there except the printed BDM track.liqih wrote:So was this solved?
