I posted this issue in cockos forum, but they tell me that this is not Reaper bug.
So I decide write here...
Here is issue:

Description:
Bug is found when the project is loaded at 70-80% and above of CPU and any of the u-he plugins (excepting ACE) start to swapping. Other plugins from my setup do not swap this way. Bug is shown when I try to change any parameter then it becomes uncontrollable.
I tried to the same at FL Studio 9 and didn't found this bug, thus I decided that its a problem of Reaper.
Watch the video:

Reproduce:

Start new project in Reaper and load it at least 80% CPU. Then load any of the u-he plugins and within 5-15 seconds change any parameter on this plugin. You'll see that knob you were moving start uncontrollably spin and swapping.

My setup:

Reaper 3.63
CPU: AMD X2 Athlon 6000+
OS: Windows 7 (32bit)

Looks like your cpu is maybe maxing out. I don't know about any of the other vsti's, but I've read lots of times that ace is very cpu hungry. :?

Guys have anyone faced this trouble except me?
I don't know how to fix it if that is possible... :(

This trouble sometimes happens even if CPU is about 30% loaded :help:

I had that with the Bazille beta. It's run out now, so I haven't used it in the latest Reaper.
It had nothing to do with CPU usage. It would happen if Bazille was the only plugin running, or if I had 30 plugins.

My zebraCM doesn't seem to do that.

But no, you're not the only one.
resistors are futile you will be simulated

Ah... interesting. To me it looks like a problem with parameter events. Maybe the host sends automation events to the plugin, and when the audio thread is busy, some of the events arrive with latency.

I will try to reproduce it.

;) Urs

P.S.: I don't think it's related to the recent bugfix because the recent bugfix *only* affects 64-bit support.

Thanks for your reply!
Maybe, but then this is a Reaper bug (not yours) if I understood right.
And again, for example FL Studio works fine. :scared: Maybe you can write Cockos about this bug, because they don't want listen me

P.S. Brian tell me that you fixed something like that in one of the ACE beta, but unfortunately official ACE has this bug too (I checked it). :P

I'm running Reaper 3.63 on Windows XP. I can load several instances of Zebra without any problems.

edit: Never mind. I saw your video and I can't run my CPU that hard and except anything but crackles. Sorry.
