SDS update should be out on Tuesday, including audio input, for the hosts which support
audio input to instruments,

the FX version (SDS as VST without oscillators) is suspended untill Summer,
sorry that's too much work currently.

for SDS? Not yet, I just got it, let's try with the demo first, if you don't mind a short betatesting, so I can publish the links here:

The noise should be gone and audio input is enabled.
To install it simply copy the plugin into your instruments folder

Sadly noise bug has appeared again in this version

This time there was a click sound and the Cubase Mixer meter was frozen at full scale and there was no sound at all form SDS.

Good news, I fixed that today and one more little bug I found meanwhile, the 1.2 for Windows is already on-line, for the Mac verions we need two or three days. BTW 1.2 also features "saturable" Phaser and Reverb, it means that you can overdrive the FXs setting voices volume very high, for that reason the default bank has been updated ( simply lowered the main volume in each preset )

Great news SDS is my favorite sounding string synth vsti
NuSofting synths have such an organic quality that most of the competition lacks

Thanks! Very nice to hear that, anyway I also think that sounds are often like colours, sometimes someone says "that car is blue", and someone else says "to me it's quite green",
then they may agree on some kind of unspecified azure
