Yo all,

Thanks again for all your sympathies.

The good news is, I made a clear cut last week and buried myself in work. The bad news is, it's a *lot* - will try to catch up with things quickly 8)

Here's my priority list for things:

- 64 bit support VST Windows
- 64 bit support AU
- release of sound banks

After that I'll check out what's next in terms of Uhbik-X and Filterscape. I might push Filterscape to V2.0 and I might have to add a compressor to Uhbik too. I'll decide on that once my Ensoniq DP-4 is back from repair.

Cheers,

;) Urs

Well, instead of 1.5...

The idea is to revamp all 3 plugins from scratch with updated algorithms and all. They could co-exist with the V1.0 ones like I did with Zebra 1.x vs. Zebra 2.x. The reasoning behind that is that I'd love to drop some old things (env follower, step sequencer) for completely new implementations. The sound would change, as would parts of the interface. This time I think I'd rather have a clean cut, unlike Zebra 2.5 which can conveniently run in 2.3 mode.

I am already very curious what you come up with!

Very, very nice news!

I have one feature suggestion for Uhbik-X.
I think this would be very simple to implement, but it would create some new possibilities.

It's very simple.....a Feedback knob :)

A simple knob where I can feed some of the signal back into the beginning of the "Uhbik chain".

Example:

---------------------------------------------
| |
Uhbik-A (for some nice reverb) |
Uhbik-G (pitches the signal one octave up) (FB knob)
| |
---------------------------------------------

In this example would get a almost forever pitching up reverb.

It would be great to have a simple knob to delay the feedback too.
Things would get out of control without this very fast.

Just an idea!

Cheers
Dennis
